City of East Lansing Home Buyer Programs
East Lansing has great programs to assist new home buyers and existing home owners who meet federal income guidelines. All of these programs are funded through the Community Development Block Grant program, a federally-funded program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
