Description:
Hawthorn Subdivision consists of 72 single family residential homes. These homes have the unique feature of having a "Common Area" that adjoins these properties. An asphalt path system is available throughout most of this common area for homeowners and visitors to enjoy. The common area features different plantings, berms and mature trees. Upkeep of the common area is funded primarily by annual association dues. |
