Description:
Originally settled by prominent local businessmen, professionals, and Michigan State University faculty, the Oakwood neighborhood includes beautiful houses built between the 1900s and the 1930s. It is a diverse neighborhood with both student rentals and single family homes. The Oakwood Neighborhood is within walking distance to both downtown and the MSU campus.
