Description:
One of East Lansing's largest neighborhoods, Pinecrest is a quiet neighborhood with a mix of older and younger families. Most houses are owner-occupied with rental licenses confined to Lake Lansing, Coolidge and some on Wolf Ct. Housing is relatively affordable ranging from approximately $100,000 to $300,000. There is easy access to US 127 and the Frandor area for your shopping needs. Of course, Pinecrest Elementary School is a focal point nestled within the neighborhood and for the past ten years, the streets surrounding it have played host to Ele's Race which is a major community event. |
